Description of the works
DJHC was responsible for MEP Services Design for this new build hotel.  This project in the centre of Brighton was a redevelopment to the site of a former ice rink. The redevelopment, of the site was to provide Brighton’s first serviced apartment hotel, 
incorporating a restaurant / café space at the entrance level.
